This is just a post to remind you all that Eta Sigma Phi exists, and that you should join/get involved if you’re at all interested! The club really is going to be whatever we as a group want it to be–if I don’t get ideas, then I might succumb to the terrible and irresistible lure of tyranny (uh-oh… please don’t assassinate me)! So far, movie nights seem to be a hit, but we could also do Roman- or Greek-style baking, maybe take some field trips, stage dramas in the Pinetum, recite poetry, wear togas, start a Latin conversation table, start a reading group, re-enact political crises, make art, philosophize, publish papers, hold a conference, host gladiatorial games, do geological surveys, build aqueducts, ??? ???
